I just wanted to write to thank you and your employees, notably Mike for all the assistance and service provided last Friday.

We had a customer walk into our counter at ten minutes to 4 in the afternoon needing some punches and dies for a job he is running. He needed them Next Day Air. Mike not only advised the right punch and die but was able to get the order picked, packed and shipped at a time that most certainly was well past your cut-off time.

The customer picked up the tooling today and is very happy.

We appreciate the rapid response and accuracy of the punch and die sets they make for us! We are punching very thin material, stainless steel and aluminum, with thicknesses of 0.005" to 0.020". Being in the prototype part making business, we need to have parts ready to ship in less than three weeks - sometimes in one week. So when we get the punches in house they are used the next day. It's a good feeling to know we have a supplier we can rely on to make it correctly and be on time!
